We arrived at the clinic just as they were preparing to amputate the tail of Geraldine, the Tasmanian Devil (soon to be renamed ‘Stumpy’ I would suggest ) owing to a malignant tumour on it.

But we missed the action as her anaesthesia couldn’t be stabilised, so surgery was deferred.

Not sure what they’re doing to improve deconfliction of military and civil ops. Our flight from BOM was denied landing and we had to divert to Bhopal to refuel and try again…landing 4hrs late…
