In the AMS office enjoying a morning coffee. SQ at least have arranged a small area down the back of the Aspire lounge just for them which is perfectly adequate.

From some prior days, I can 100% recommend not arriving at Mallorca airport any earlier than needed. I was flying BA and the lounge is in the opposite direction to the non-Schengen departures and the airport is undergoing extensive renovations. It’s also quite an insight into British life outside the major centres given the demographic for package tours there.

Have enjoyed some excellent wines in France. Going to be tough to come back to Australia and QF wines after being spoilt for choice here.

Was just on a lightning trip to UK for a funeral and found myself on the ANA Pokemon plane. In Y but good legroom and 3-3-3 so not too cramped. Not much office work done though

For the bemused, FP was an historic English Wimbledon champion who founded a clothing brand. The brand is/was favoured by a certain type of Englishman, who, if they were to migrate down-under and enter the Qantas Lounge, would surely don a Bintang singlet and eat a salad curated by one of FPs descendants. I believe @TonyHancock was the first to describe this phenomenon.
