YESSS !! looks lush for a hospital meal .. now as @drron mentioned, "where's the wine" ... I think a glass of Pinot Noir would have complimented (or complemented, one of that) this meal very well

Decisions, decisions… I’m guessing the tandoori lamb will be mostly salad with a smattering of lamb. I’ll go the pork.
