The view from my "office"

re: The view from my "office"

Is that a day room you have or are you overnighting? We liked the hotel when we had an overnight in Dec 14.

A day room. Which is huge. The runway seems to be used only by Emirates and SQ. The pool area seems superb. Photos later.

re: The view from my "office"

We arrived late and left about mid morning so didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked very nice. We had a wander round in the morning and were impressed with the place especially as an airport hotel.

This post is a couple of days late.
I'm currently walking the Camino trail in Spain. We happened to finish walking for the day in a small village, Los Arcos, that was holding a fiesta, including a 'running of the bulls'.
While not of the scale of the San Fermin in Pamplona, this one was so 'intimate' that us non-locals could get right in amongst the action. A memory of a lifetime.
For those wondering; the bulls were not harmed, but were definitely agitated...

I am lucky but it makes it hard to concentrate sometimes.
They were all steers (not mine) - 99% of them are Angus - retailed as "Cape Grim Beef"

We enjoy tucking into Cape Grim eye fillets every week, the kids love it on their sangers the next day .... sensational!

It might have something to do with all the wine you bring home! ;) :D

But congratulations on 12 years in any case to both of you.
