And today I was hoping to have lots of wildflower photos from the Port Augusta arid botanic gardens. They closed all public places in Port Augusta today because of some truck drivers that had passed through PA so went back to the motel in a huff and checked out a day early. Not much else to see and wanted to get away if there are any positive cases.

Not sure if it's true, but I was told there's a pass along that rail line called Pichi Richi Pass and they needed to keep replacing the sign because someone kept scratching out out the first letter of each word.

I don't remember seeing any signs along the train line that said that so not sure if it's true - I haven't heard it before
