It's the little things in life that matter.

Walking from BNE Qantas lounge to gate 17 with daughter last night and it was stop start as daughter stopped to inspect everything then head down and walk again. Behind us were 2 men and a lady dressed in suits and one of the men said "Your daughter has made my day....".

You can see the proud smile from ear to ear. The 45 minute delay not so important.

First advice and reminder. Dark mof_15-24 June. That intro makes it look like just a techno 'rave', but its a whole lot more than that!

I'll start a thread on it when the program is available, but remember the accommodation around the docks/venues will go quick.

This is a seriously good and extended event. I'm not much into the more 'out there' individual events, but things like the Winter Feast alone are worth coming down to Hobart for.

The manual version then? Not much can go wrong with it as long as you remember to read it.
But apart from getting wet, you can't get periodic totals, rain fall rate, day/month/year totals. I suppose it's made out of coal derivatives though.:)

I think Melbourne is going to have a classic 4 days weather in one today. Hot and humid last night and this morning. I reckon by 4pm - wet and very cold.

Woud you spend $150 on a travel pillow?

Hubby sleeps on a Tempur contour pillow, loves it and no neck issues since he started sleeping on one.

They have a travel sized one and Im seriously thinking of buying it for flights/hotels.

At that price you wouldn't want to forget it and leave it behind on a plane or in a hotel !

And the extreme in Sydney. I almost passed out after 18 holes of golf. Had a couple of cold waters and another 4 holes of sudden death. Very hot.
