Normally I go for points over fuel dockets, but ringing through to the EDR hotline today (well at least the automated part) I was prompted to note that I have a 10c fuel docket on my account dated last Thursday.

Now the only problem is I don't know how it came about. Mainly because I haven't spent anything at Safeway/Woolworths for over three weeks (been shopping and filling up the car elsewhere) and looking on the EDR website it says the feul docket was Accured at Woolworths-Sydney as opposed to any of my local Safeways I traditionally attend here in Melbourne. Plus I haven't been to Sydney since May (and even then it was a connection! I certainly didn't use my EDR card in the Lounges!) Am I right to guess that Woolworths-Sydney is just a default location or something?

I'm tempted to switch back for this one month however and use the docket just this once. Especially with prices hovering around 150c p/l on a good day...

They've been giving out a few freebie vouchers this week.

A lot of people got a voucher just because they like us. :) Be aware though that once you change your preference, i.e. points or cents off you cannot change again for six months.

You can change once a month.

One of our family members got the free 10 cent voucher and an email to confirm this. It came up as Woolworths Sydney in the account as well so I guess all of them are appearing like that.

I thought I received the voucher because I was special. Reading this thread now has me doubting my assumption.

As mentioned you can change preference every 31 days.
