I'm sure this has done the rounds before but I couldn't see a thread.

I have a new-found respect for catering crews after watching this doco on SIN's Frankfurt catering operation.

The logistics of catering that many meals is just incredible. Plus, this was made at an outstation. Just imagine SQ's SIN hub (or EK/CX/EY/insert major airline hub for that matter).

It definitely got a bit repetitive but I do find the giant kitchen gear somewhat mesmerising.
