Well the saga of poorly prepared chicken wraps served on DJ flights just won't end:
This isn't the first claim I remember arising from the 2009 chicken wrap incidents, but I dare say this might be a legal monkey on their back for some time yet.John Jackson sues Virgin Blue over surgery

AN elderly man had to have kidney surgery after eating a chicken wrap on a Virgin Blue flight, according to court documents.
John Jackson, of Glenroy, has launched civil action in the Supreme Court seeking damages from Virgin Australia.
Mr Jackson, now 81, was flying from Melbourne to Mildura in June 2009 when he ate a chicken wrap from the in-flight service.
Court documents claim that about 48 hours later Mr Jackson was diagnosed with bacterial infection from food poisoning.
