TG now showing availability most days ex-SYD to Europe

Just checked and if you're willing to take a chance on booking flights to Europe next May/June - TG awards available pretty much every day in J to BKK then J/F to FRA (and J to other ports). LM even showing the flights with long connections. Of course even if international travel is back on the cards TG and Avianca need to be flying (personally I'm a bit worried about all three).

If you already have the miles in LM, perhaps there's nothing to lose? If Avianca ceases then the miles would be lost regardless. And if TG isn't flying, LM will refund

Edited: thanks for the heads-up! soooooo many options!! Nice flights ex MEL (full flats) with a couple hours connection in BKK before flying to FRA in F. Also showing availability just to BKK and can pick up Swiss' F fare for $5680 return to Europe.

I have been trying to book TG to Europe from MEL and the LifeMiles website shows J availability.
However, seats are not bookable.
When I contacted LifeMiles support they said TG not allowing J flight award redemptions.
Has anyone been able to redeem J flights from MEL or SYD to Europe on TG recently?
