I got the 2 x SC email.

But forgot to activate it - I'd booked 2 flights to Sydney today before I realised.

I've activated it now by clicking on the button that the email takes you to.

So not sure if those flights are eligible. I called Velocity, the lady I spoke with said yes (after being on hold while she found out) but she didn't really seem to be 100% sure.

Any idea if I've screwed this up?

Reading the T&C in the email, it could be read that as long as you do both (1) and (2), you will earn the bonus. It does not necessarily require you to do them in the order specified however...

I've done this too so fingers crossed i scrape through. I was only offered double points and would be an added bonus but its not a necessity for me.

I am somewhat surprised with VA. I had signed up for the DSC and changed a few bookings, flying the first of the new DSC flights on 4/2. Today 7/2 the DSC had posted to my account. Unlike QF VA just bundled the regular SC and the DSC together, i.e. post as 50 rather and 2 lots of 25.

No SC or points offer but apparently Im missed and got a $50 voucher offer.

I flew twice with them in Dec.

If I'm not mistaken the VA holidays voucher is only useful for overpriced prepaid holidays that are charged per person. If you find a good deal please let me know as I let these vouchers lapse.
