I do not think it is targeted.

I never, ever, ever, ever, ever get VA emails. Just dont.

Weird thing. My mum in laws Velocity account which is set up with my email address does get emails, which I receive. But emails made out to me, never get a single one.

Been like this for years. Ive redone the email address, unclicked and clicked preferences ect. Nope. Dont even get the weekly Happy Hour emails. Nothing.

But I did go to the Velocity site and register for double SCs as I have bookings to make.

I don't believe I got the e-mail, however check the Velocity app as it appears under Offers.

It’s not targeted but if you are constantly missing their emails I’d be contacting them to rectify it

Hey guys, If I book a "freedom" fare for a flight with VA number but serviced by Singapore air or Hk airlines etc. Do I still retain the free cancellation / free booking changes?

Hey guys, If I book a "freedom" fare for a flight with VA number but serviced by Singapore air or Hk airlines etc. Do I still retain the free cancellation / free booking changes?

It will be as per the fare rules, however note that you won't earn double status credits for flights operated by partner airlines.
