Targeted 2 Bonus Qantas Points on Using ANZ Platinum Card for 6 months

I received an email from Qantas this morning offering 2 bonus points (on top of usual points) for all statements for 6 months. It applies to my ANZ Frequent Flyer Platinum Card.
You have to register by 21-Nov-21.
The offer applies from 10-Dec-21 until 13-Jun-22 on all purchases (with a few minor exceptions) with a limit of $20,000 per statement period.

The email came from '[email protected]' and the email heading was "Hi <my first name> want to earn 2 additional bonus Qantas points on your everyday spend for 6 months?", so it was a personalised email. There was a 'Register Now' button which I clicked on, and it seemed to know who I was as it immediately acknowledged my registration without going to a QF logon site. In the small print at the end of the email, it said that "you have received this email because you are subscribed to 'Exclusive offers from our program partners' emails"
Remember if you get such an email, you need to register by next Sunday.

Strange that no-one has replied that they also got this offer.
As I see it, you can get 2 bonus points per $ for spending per month for 6 months (total 2.75 points up to $3,000 then 2.5 points up to $20,000). With extra Christmas spending, school fees, and holidays intra- or inter-state or overseas, you could get up to 40,000 bonus points per month.
If you have got the offer, you've got until tonight to register for the offer.

I too received this offer. Living in WA, I'm highly unlikely to be booking anything this month.

Yes, seems as though it is a general non-targeted email sent out today.
From the small print of the email, it seems as though you get
i) your normal points, and
ii) your 1 bonus point per dollar (for booking a qantas flight), normal, and
iii) these 2 additional points per dollar (for booking a qantas flight), from this email offer.
