TAILOR in BANGKOK for LADY

I'm off to Bangkok on Saturday but will only be there for 24 hours staying at the Millennium Hilton. Haven't been to Bangkok for 20 years or so but when I was last there, I had made a beautiful silk suit. Does anyone have a recommendation for a tailor that I could have some more silk clothes made, or where I could buy quality silk garments.

Needle King on Sukhumvit Rd between Asoke and Nana BTS stops. I'm not sure about Silk garments, but they certainly do them...

Search for them on Facebook or google it.

These guys were highly recommended by a local business contact and I've recommended them to so many others, and never had a complaint yet!

i would google a few of them and then give a few a call and make sure they can have them made in the time you need it done.

I found a guy to make same awesome shirts in SIN but he needed longer than I was staying in SIN.

Fortunately your ability to clear the matter up will ensure a happy ending.

sanne, your limited time in BKK means you will not get anything of quality tailored whilst there. If you find an off the shelf garment that you like then enjoy.

Good point, I kinda glossed over that little point of only having 24hrs! For a quality tailored suit you need 2-3 visits over a few days....
