T3 to T5 airside Heathrow

Just wondering if possible to get from terminal 5 to 3 and back to 5 airside ?
I have a BA flight (sadly lost my 1st class one as now going to LAX instead of home) that is business.
Do prefer the Cathay lounge in terminal 3 but am wondering if I am able to get to terminal 3 from 5 airside

There is an airside transfer bus but I don't think you can use it unless you have a boarding pass for a flight leaving from T3.

There is the purple transfer buses. They don't check for boarding passes when you board, but you get dropped off at the entrance to security in the other terminal and they do check boarding passes.
