You would think that ASA would block the IP address of these serial pests, perhaps that would give a better indication of who are actually making actual complaints, and who are just making them because it breaks the boredom of twiddling their thumbs all day...

I just had an amusing thought.... about this guy starting up his lawnmower before 7 am (or whatever time restriction exists there) on a weekend... and having the neighbours put in a noise complaint against HIM.. to the media of course... not the Shire/Council... That'd entertain ME!
