I'd just like to ask when the Barista is there?

Whenever I'm there he's not.. (including this morning 08:00 to 09:10) and I'm stuck with the assjuice coffee machine.

The Barista can be a female as well you know!!!!!!

If you have never met them how do you know it is a he!!

In Melbourne there is a very competant lady in charge of the very importnat ritual.

I must admit I have seem him/her in the QP but not the J lounge. But then again I'm not in SYD in the mornings very often.
