So you can't use Melbourne Amex lounge because it's international flight access only.

Is it the same with Sydney or can a domestic traveller access it?

T1 is just for international travellers confirming that have passed passport.
A domestic traveller cannot access the Amex lounge?
Not via tunnels or going thru normal security

There did used to be occasional domestic flights from T1 (people used to go to F lounge on short Jetstar flights) but there is no way to get into T1 airside via other terminals

Righto got it
T2 or T3 flight no access to Amex

Now priority pass to use in T2 and T3 best option for value/takeaways

Assume you have the non-Amex PP as the Amex version no longer has the food credit.
I used to use it at Movida in T2 for some tapas and a glass of Carignan

You can get into the Rex lounge with a Diners Club.

Yep it's the Rex the same as Melb?
Better option is a food place in Sydney airport then Rex?
