Can you please any make recommendation on a reliable company you have used for Sydney airport to CBD hotel transfers. The GFC is here and I am trying to save on using a taxi.

Going to SYD at end of month so I might use them

Which hotel are you going to?

Might be easier to get the train!

I'd also recommend the train to the city, $14.60 from the Domestic Terminal. Running approx every 15 minutes - if your hotel is in the city the train is the way to go IMHO.

Staying at Sheraton on the park

The Sheraton on the Park is on Elizabeth Street and if you take the train Museum Station about 150metres from the hotel (and a great hotel it is too)

+1 for the train... IMHO it's the best way to get from SYD airport into the CBD.

Can I ask museum station is the one after central and after the airport train goes to central it continues to museum?

Just my hotel is closer to museum than central

Yes, the train from the Airport runs anti-clockwise though the "city-circle". (Clockwise to the aiport - but you can also catch it at Central as it heads South)

So Museum is the first stop after Central.

Now that I think about it St James might be the more appropriate train stop and closer to the Sheraton on Park

Personally, I'd suggest St James rather than Museum, it's a slightly shorter walk from the station to the hotel. Coming from the airport, St James is after Museum.

Yup St James is a little closer to SOTP.
