Hi All

Just sitting here enjoying my Virgin Australia free lunch voucher as my flight from TSV to SYD has been pushed back 2hr 10m.

Anyone else getting looked after by the airlines while they wait?

(Annoyingly the kid in front of me handed his 2x$8 vouchers over for a bottle of coke and $5.20 pie. When he asked for his change, the cashier just shrugged and said you can't have any. That's an expensive bottle of coke.)

Airport is not closed, running one runway only with start approval required, something of a significant blockage.

That will cost Virgin Airlines $11.80 for that coke. The vendors have no problem ripping off the airlines.

In Adelaide lounge. Got a phone call to say flight has been delayed 2 hours. 1 hour later got another call to say make my way to the airport now as my flight may now leave on time. Lounge andel advised that their has been a major security breach at SYD and as already mentioned the weather has closed down to 1 runway.... Now have been told that I may be here for another hour at least.:(.... another Strongbow thanks:)

These are the times I love the lounge...
