Looking to book a return business class flight from SYD-JFK this September and have noticed that there seems to be a shortage of VA code share flights on DL for the LAX-JFK sector. On one of the days I was looking at travelling on there is only only pair of flights being offered with the LAX-SYD sector operated as a non-codeshare DL flight. When I looked last week there were a number of VA code-share flights being offered. Does it really mean that there are no VA code share flights on offer?

Anyone have any idea as to what is going on??

It's been "enhanced" - you now have to walk from LA to New York :P

(VA appear to have broken their website. Again.)

If the problem is on the return, and Newark is an option, the timing of EWR-LAX-SYD for VA codeshares is quite good using VX, doesn't work as well on the outbound though.

The problems is with both directions.
