Morning All,

Long time lurker here who needs your expert help.

Mrs Zeit and I want to fly Sydney - coughet return (ideally Jan 15 - Jan 22 though some room for change +/- 1 day). Can't seem to find a OW carrier that can take me there in less than 19 hours (which is slightly silly considering Singapore or Thai can get me there in 10-12 hours).

Am a QF SG so want to take advantage of status and also accrue those valuable SC.

Jetstar is the obvious choice (direct flight) but they don't fly on those days unless I want to go via Melb, which then turns it into a long flight again.

Many thanks for any help.

Zeit

OW not going to be brilliant.

But options
JQ SYD-HKT direct - can fly direct on 14Jan and back 21Jan
QF SYD-SIN, then 3K (Jetstar Asia) SIN-HKT (or frankly any of the LCCs SIN-HKT)
CX SYD-HKG then DragonAir(CX codeshare) or AirAsia
