I'm planning a DONE4 which involves arriving in SYD on my return on my way through to PER.

As a WP, will I have access on arrival to the Flounge? QF's guide says only:

Qantas International First Next onward flight that day must be on a Qantas or British Airways flight number.
One guest permitted
.

Assuming that I can access, how would this affect customs, luggage collection and transfer to the DOM terminal? Am I able to temporarily bypass customs and Immigration on arrival?

I don't have too many chances (read none) to access an Australian Flounge, so I'm happy to go a bit out of my way to do it. If I really have to, I will reorganise to depart via SYD or MEL, but that makes the rest of the planning a bit awkward.

Unfortunately no ability to access as you arrive on the Arrivals level and then transfer to the domestic terminal and are not able to access International Departures.
Only way would be if you were transferring to one of the few JQ/QF flights from the domestic terminal.
