My partner flew an EK flight on EK metal approx one month ago.
I think at the time she quoted her QF ff number.
But the points have not posted to the QF account yet.
In the meantime she has changed her mind and would like to credit to skywards. When we tried to claim miles on the Skyward website, it said something like '' error - you can't claim as we have a different partner ff number recorded''.
Do you think it's too late to change? Is there an emirates phone number or trick we can pull to try and recredit the points and status to Skywards? (given that the points have not posted to QF account yet).
Or are we locked into to QF? In which case she will need to claim missing points with Qantas website.
Seems a bit annoying that the points haven't posted, one month later. Surely EK would want us to credit to them.... Is there any way to do this?
