Hi, this might be something that requires a call to the service desk.. Chatting with an agent is so far fruitless. I have two Amex cards (charge and credit). Both come with an annual travel credit. But.... when I land at the Amex travel website it only shows me my charge card.. I can find no option to switch to the credit card, which means I don't get to use the credit:

Wondered if any of you guys have encountered the same issue? The 'chat with an agent' wanted me to do stuff like reboot my PC...
