Superloop Broadband Referral Program

Yeah they don't stack, very rarely do they stack.

You can press 9 while on hold and wait for a call back when it's your turn.

But yes I feel they could do with more helpdesk staff, growing too quick I feel.

Whilst a comment above suggests Superloop being less price competitive, at the moment there are some solid discounts. I moved from $75 / month (500 GB) with ABB to Superloop for $58.95 / month (unlimited). I suspect my VPN plays a role, but it is noticibly faster than ABB for me. This price is for 6 months then I will churn elsewhere most likely. This is for 50 / 20 Mbps.

If this discount has gone when you read this comment in the future (how great is 2021 shaping up to be! ;)), then you can use my referral for a 10% discount / month, for 6 months.

I switched over from Aussie recently for the specials Superloop are currently running e.g. 100/20 unlimited is $25/month cheaper with Superloop. I have been very happy so far - service is on par with Aussie. Changeover was seamless and all done within about 30 mins of my application.

Here's my referral code if anyone would like to use it for a 10% discount.

i managed to get a couple of referrals so thought i would try the max HFC plan available seeing the discount would carry over, 250/25Mbit which has been awesome!

will be hard going back to 100/20 once the referral credit is finished :(

Do you mean 250/25?

though they (or NBNCo?) upgraded the basic 25/5 plan to 25/10 for no extra charge
and their 50/20 500GB plan to 50/20 unlimited for no extra charge.

its what a few of my relos are using

Superloop has dropped their price on my plan $10 / month (50 / 20 Mbps), from $80 to $70 and they are currently doing a 6 month discount to $60 / month (as they often do). Looks like they've also dropped the price on other plans also.

So I'll shill my referral code again!

Here is my link: SuperLoop Referral.

Current offer includes a bonus speed upgrade for 3 months. There are T&Cs of course.

I have SuperLoop to be reliable since switching to the NBN and like that they own their own infrastructure.

Thanks in advance to anyone who uses my referral.

I signed up last week using one of the referral links above. Have to say, the entire process was super streamlined - I haven't had NBN since it was installed a few years back. The NBN contractor was out within 3 days, and spent 15 mins setting me up. Plugged in the modem, and voila!

I have FTTB, and was worried the existing infrastructure to the NBN point (i.e. old copper in my 1983 built unit) would impact speeds. The NBN installer told me I can reach a max of 130MBPS (I've only signed up to the 50MBPS plan, though).

If anyone else wants to join, I'm throwing out my (new) referral code, too - Superloop Referral.

Not a referral code but something for existing customers to consider. I'm likely to churn because I can get a better deal by not being a loyal customer. I rang up to see if they could do anything. I was offered a $5/month discount for the next six months. I'm on a 100/40 plan paying $99/month.

I'll still churn as there is no value in being loyal. However, heads up for anyone who plans on staying put.

My bill just arrived with a referral discount so if it was you that used my link, thank you.

Just switched over from Aussie Broadband when moving home. So far so good, speeds on point and support was good when I had an issue with the NTD. My referral URL is below if anyone wants to use it.
