We have a very short connection between our flight from Brisbane and our onward flight to Broome in July - 30 minutes. I have a partner getting increasingly worried that even if we land on time we won’t get the pass checked in enough time to make the flight. QF to QFlink. I’m a whole lot of ‘it’ll be fine’, but should I be just a bit more concerned?

For me it was incredibly quick. They had a setup just as you exit the air bridge. Have the QR code up on your phone and some ID. Show it and you're on your way. YMMV if coming in from a hotspot, having been in a declared hotspot or something else like saying you've been feeling unwell.

My experience arriving back from DRW in a 737, sitting in row 4, I spent MUCH more time waiting at the baggage carousel for the luggage to start coming out. I think you'll be fine.

The GtoG bit is quick and easy. Our biggest problem when we came back from Darwin to Perth was being made to wait 45 minutes before disembarking because there were two planes in front of us.

Perhaps keep a regular eye on those two flights on Flightradar for on time performance over a week or so to see the average arrival time and subsequent departure time for the respective flights

I'm going to assume you're on QF933 from BNE-PER connecting to QF1654 a 10:25am PER-BME (the only option I can see with a 30m connection in PER).

The PER-BME flight you've got isn't the last one of the day if on a weekend the next flight is about 2.5 hours after and on a weekday about 5.5 hours after your booked option. Yes it'd mean wasting a day in Perth but it means you won't really get stuck (unless those later options are fully booked).
