Just landed in SIN on emirates. Booked on jetstar to Perth for this afternoon however the flight is now delayed until 0440 tomorrow. QF lounge closes at 11pm. Do I have any grounds for asking for access to another lounge? Anyone I should call at qf centre? Or jetstar?

Thanks gogo

I have a feeling this is where the JQ and QF are different airlines story comes out.

Yes. That "clause" seems to be very convenient for both companies. Lounge manager didn't seem at all phased. Most passengers are still outside security as the checkin system is down..

Bad way to end an awesome Euro trip with 2 op-ups in a row on EK! :)

i think the answer will invariably be computer says no...you may want to grab a room at the transit hotel before they are booked out, the cactus garden is good for a summer beer also

Make a sandwich or 2 and grab some beers or soft drink on your way out. Plenty of places to sit and pass the time away.

I would be booking myself into the transit hotel from 10pm til 4am (6 hours is the mininum booking) for some shut eye for S$47.08 for a budget room or S$76.51 for a standard room:idea:

Blame Jetstar... & furthermore vent your frustrations on a relevant/random social media site.
On a lighter note.. Wish you a pleasant transit & a safe flight. :D
