Might be a problem for a few going to Europe or that have perishable items going with Finnair.

STOCKHOLM--Finnish airline Finnair Oyj (FIA1S.HE) said Thursday it has canceled a number of flights to avoid congestion at Helsinki Airport in the event of a strike by its staff.
A spokeswoman for the airline told The Wall Street Journal that 24 flights that were due to depart from Helsinki airport on Friday have been canceled, but that could change as negotiations between the airline and two trade unions continue.

Re: Strike [of] Finnair staff

I thought I read elsewhere that the strikes have been cancelled and agreement reached with the flight attendants union. I'll see if I can find the reference.

Here is the article I read regarding the agreement:
ATWonline said:
Finnair has reached an 11th-hour agreement with the Finnish Flight Attendants Association (SLSY) and the Finnish Aviation Union (IAU), which cancels industrial action scheduled to begin today. As a result, the airline expects traffic to return to normal within a few days.

But other reports suggest there is still a risk of strike:
Reuters said:
Finnair (FIA1S.HE) continued to face the threat of a strike on Friday despite a new labour deal with unions, after the groups announced they may stop working in sympathy for workers at the airline's catering service.

Finnair continued to face a strike threat Friday despite an 11th-hour agreement with the Finnish Flight Attendants Association (SLSY) and the Finnish Aviation Union (IAU), which was supposed to cancel industrial action scheduled to begin Friday. However, the unions immediately threatened to go on strike over a dispute involving 400 workers at Finnair’s catering subcontractor LSG Sky Chefs.
