Well first one you usually should ship to your US address cause they dont have relationship with you yet so they usually dont really trust you to send overseas, and if they ask him to submit 4506-C then just do it but call them said you only recently migrated to US so hasn’t filled any tax yet or call the GT team and talk to them about it.
