Thank you so much for detailed explanation, it's much appreciated. I spent 1.5 hours yesterday talking with security team, customer service, escalation team, CDG team, couples of supervisors. Still unable to have my card registered, but ask loads of verification CDG team did say my account is fully verified.
I almost given up registering online banking but after saw your post, I thought I might give one more try, believe or not, it worked this time!!! I followed these steps before but never had any luck.
Not sure what changed now, but anyway, thank you so much. A bit of a journal for p2's first chase card, but we got there.
