No existing relationship. Apply Over phone . They ask your major spend categories and suggest card , I overruled their suggestion . Then send verification email and docusign over email .

Not top 5 . 50 k Alaska points .l which I can use for J biz partner award . Most importantly as a biz card does not take up 5/24 . Also finding it difficult to get approved elsewhere .

I used amex US chat a few weeks ago to change my mailing address to my AU address, I'm just checking if it is unusual for the app and online account to show no mailing address at all, and if my card renewal will be sent automatically to my AU address, without the hassle to wait the 10 days and reorder.

I have just received snail mail to my AU address to confirm the change of address
