If the receiving bank takes part in RTP (like our NPP/Osko system), you can send up to $5k per day instantly (but only $2.5k per transaction)

I paid $9.83 at US global. took about 2 weeks maybe a little quicker.

Sounds like US global mail is cheaper than myUS these days if it takes only 10 USD to send a US credit card mail. From what I can see it is a subscription service. YMMV depending on the number of cards you get approved for.

Datqpoint : hsbc us chat said annual fee for premiere card can be waived in lieu of reward points and they can first credit you with the points if you don’t have enough .

I have only had Tello for a month and I just got a full text notifications of someone's pizza delivery from order acceptance to handover to a "dasher", tracking the dasher and handover of pizza. Not sure how someone managed to order a pizza without the phone number.
