Just to update everyone who's interested. I've been unable to apply for C1 given that they won't accept Sarasota. as an address - I've tried for both Checking/Savings and Credit cards now.

I've also tried to apply for a checking account with Discover as they had a $400 opening bonus but they wouldn't accept my ITIN - they needed an SSN.

I've just tried to apply for CSP and it's been referred:

Sorry to ask so many questions - what happens next to get to "yes"? I turned off my VPN so I could work remotely today as my remote work session was very slow.

Appreciate any guidance.

C1 is a weird and very conservative bank. Based in LA and can not open a business checking account with them. Personal checking account no problems and to apply for personal & business C1 credit cards.

I had my overseas address as mailing address and had not been able to obtain Fico score for 11 months. Do I have to change it back to get Fico score?

For those who received the C1 $350 bonus, did you guys transfer from Wise? I did 250 x2 and still haven't received the bonus. I may need to try with Citi?

Yeah.. I saw your post and gave it whirl. Looks like multiple people are having issues with the bonus being late. I put in the 2nd 250 25/9 but nothing yet.

I had the same issue previously. Make sure you initiate the transfer by using ACH from within Wise but not the pre-authorised deposit via C1 linked account.

Is there a specific ACH option or is it via the send option?



The recipient details has an ACH routing number so I'm assuming that's the correct one?

Quick update:

• Called Chase and they sent me an email requesting document upload - I sent my HSBC account statement as proof of residential address (fairly, it asked for a utility bill but we'll see how that goes - any feedback on others' experience here would be awesome);
• I got an email to wait so will now wait;
• I applied for Capital One Checking with the $350 promo code. I also applied for a 360 Savings account - after jumping through some hoops - they both opened - they're not showing on my login - I was told that the mobile number has to verify with the carrier - not sure how that will go.
• Tried to apply for Venture card which I plan to use as my "everyday" card (assuming the $A doesn't continue to face plant at the rate of knots). While it accepted Sarasota for the Checking and savings account, it called it out as a mail forwarder and refuses to send CC's there. What are my alternatives?

Do I give up on the whole C1 experiment? How do I get to "yes"? I'm mostly interested in the C1 card.

I finally got a FICO score! Around 6 months and I have only had the gold charge card. Score is only 680.

For new AMEX applications should I wait a little bit longer for my score to go up? Also for a second application am I able to apply directly via a referral link or is there another method?

I believe you populate your ITIN in the SSN field. The info tooltip says that you can use an ITIN.

I did read this but I got rejected in the past with a second GT. I didn’t have a FICO at the time however.

Re C1 $350 bonus, how long did you guys leave your $500 in there? I used some of it pay my Amex cards so it was below $500. I'll make another deposit and see if that helps. Perhaps that's why the bonus isn't getting paid? Looks like some are being paid today.

I’m not aware of any requirement regarding the bonus and withdrawals, but would not be withdrawing before receiving the bonus just to be on the safe side.

Don't mind waiting at all but am curious whether I've done something wrong as many others have received their bonuses even though they have deposited after me. I shall make another deposit and wait and see
