I have Premium+ Mail. Mail usually gets through. I did find my Amex Green card didn't get through and I ended up calling Amex to send me a new one to Australia as I was "travelling" at the time which they did. Seems a bit of a watse of resources ...
Sounds like a plan. Your UK Platinum, your Aussie one or a US one?I have autopay off and have a calendar reminder to manually top up every month and then use my platinum card.
Ahh, okay. ThanksUS Amex
I pay $15 a month. Also note that if you get errors wait a minute after top up completes and see if a confirmation email arrives.Ahh, okay. Thanks
Just out of curiosity, how much do you load it up with?

I thought autopay to Wise and top up Wise with whatever usd amount was the best idea to pay for our US Amex bills? I don't have any foreign exchange fees on the card I top up Wise.

Hi DC3. I currently have three US based credit cards (CFU, CSP, and BOA Alaska). I assume that this is talking about the best way to pay off US based credit card balances in full with the lowest fees/costs? Is there somewhere I can read how you all do that? I currently just organise a manual funds transfer & conversion from AUD to USD each month using Wise into my US based BOA check account and then pay the cards off. Is there a better way?It works that way for me, every month.
In my case, my only US-issued credit cards are 2 x Amex cards and I use Amex autopay for monthly payments through Wise. Unfortunately, I have no experience as yet with any other US card issuers. I have two checking accounts (Citibank - Primary) and HSBC Premier through Oz(Backup). I transfer Revolut and Wise into my Cit Checking account. Within the Credit card website, I pull the money from my Citi account (I have entered my Citi details in Amex). I currently have Amex, Cap1, Chase and Citi (ID check in place). I have a SSN. To keep my utilisation down, usually redraw a big chunk of my expense before the statement is issued on my Personal cardsHi DC3.
