Staybridge Suites hit Australia in a big way

I have stayed at the brand in the UAE and enjoyed it, now news we have up to 15 properties coming!

IHG Hotels and Resorts and property developer ALAND have signed a landmark Master Development Agreement to bring the upscale extended-stay brand, Staybridge Suites, to Australia.

Under the deal, ALAND will have exclusive rights to develop a portfolio of at least 15 Staybridge Suites hotels totalling at least 2,000 rooms nationwide, with the first two slated for Parramatta and Leppington in Greater Western Sydney.

The franchise agreements for the 130-room Staybridge Suites Sydney Parramatta and the 112-room Staybridge Suites Sydney Leppington have been sealed and will be managed by Signature Hotel Management Group, led by Dimitri Karam.

The only Staybridge Suites I have stayed at was in St Petersburg....and that was a nice stay for a week
