Has this happened to anyone recently?

My QFF membership year ends in December, and in 2023 I qualified as Platinum as well as Points Club, both through to 31 December 2024.

This morning I have logged in and on both the website and app, I am just showing as Lifetime Gold, with 1,400 SC to attain Platinum, and no Points Club.

Is this a regular QFF IT issue or something new?

May be a glitch in their systems but these things usually are fixed when the wash cycle has completed. It appears that the FF data goes through multiple different systems or steps in their processes and here lies the potential for gaps in how it shows up to you. If it's still the same a week from the renewal date, then a call to the FF line might be in order to confirm what's happened.
 
Yea usually, that s the other way around: someone who dropped status (did not requal) has his status unchanged for a week or so before it sadly drops as expected.
Unless OP has travel plans in the next 2 weeks, I would also wait max a week before calling.
Out of curiosity, on your FF statement, how many SC did you see as "expired status credit"? More than 1200 right?
 
Has it reset status correctly?

Usually the systems take a few days to catch up with changes. It's always been the way.
 
Update on this - after emailing QFF, I got a reply from them that "After thoroughly reviewing your query, we are delighted to inform you that your status has been upgraded to Platinum".

No explanation of why I had already been upgraded to Platinum back in November and why a few days into January (my new membership year), it completely disappeared.

To answer a question posted above, I had over 2,000 status credits expire at the end of December, and when I qualified for Platinum in November, it was an upgrade in status from Gold which I have held for several years.

I re-qualified for Points Club back in September but that was also removed from my account on the 3rd of January. Logging in now, it tells me about my progress "to unlock Points Club". I emailed QFF back about why this had not been reinstated, and have not heard back yet. I may need to call them...
