Starwood Card 15 % discount at Westin Workdwide

Today at Westin Melbourne was actually asked about a Starwood card as this will entitle me to 15% on the afternoon tea ordered for the family. Well my OWMBO did say oh yes my partner has one. So with no card they rang confirmed card as active and gave discount. Was kindly reminded about the offer being worldwide
