Aside from getting your meal last and being slightly slower to deboard are there any disadvantages to sitting in 5AB and 6AB? For example, do the row 6 seats fully recline?

I ask because we're travelling in a family group of four including two young children and I have found when travelling on QF that the seats at the back of the domestic J cabin are better for extra privacy and quiet with young kids.

nothing wrong with row 5 or 6, never sat in row 6 but sat in row 5 a lot no different to any other seat. I actually find row 5 good. less people walking past to get to toilets etc... sometimes they do block row 6 i think usually JK for rest seats for crew btu if full they use these for pax so stick to AB side
