Stacking 50SC loyalty bonuses

Question: Can I stack those 50SC loyalty rewards?

I'll hit 2000+ SC on the 25th of Feb but I haven't used my 1500SC Loyalty bonus yet (50SC).

The reason I'm holding back is that my SC reset on the 28th of Feb and I want to use the 50SC to boost my 2018-2019 Platinum run chances (although with the DSC promotion I should hit that in March).

It absolutely worked for me 2 months ago with 2 LBs gained within 3 months of the end of the membership year. Held off until a couple days into the new year to select the SCs, and they have indeed credited to this year's tally, making keeping WP just that bit easier.

It’s my understanding that only two loyalty bonuses can count towards retaining WP so carrying these bonuses forward would only help if you will be earning double status credits or doing significant travel on other OneWorld airlines.

Is that a new rule? Ive never heard of that before. Its not on the QF site about status credits Frequent Flyer - Flying Qantas and Partner Airlines - Status Credits and Tier Benefits - Status Credits

I thought it was only WP1's that loyalty bonus dont count at all for. Nothing about WP's.

While numerically true if you are only considering a single membership year (you'll be platinum by the time you get the third), I don't think anything limits the number to 2, if you are carrying some into a new year.
