St George v Bank of Melbourne v Bank SA card question

It sure can be a great card to rack up points, then use on excellent rewards on SQ although interested to know how BOM & BankSA credit marks are recorded on ones credit report?

Are they listed by name or under StGeorge...

Put in an application for the BankSA card. So far, it has been very painful. The staff don't know even basics (did not understand dividends/shares - I had to spell the terms to them). They were also confused by salary sacrifice, non-profit organisation benefits, etc. I have had to call them multiple times, and supply as much paperwork as a home loan. Application lodged almost a month ago, and it's still ongoing. Wouldn't have bothered if I had known how painful it would be (and no result either way, as yet).
