Hi,

I had a confirmed first class suite redemption on SQ217 in late August 2019 which now appears to have changed to regular first class (no suite).

The booking is still appearing as confirmed, but the airplane has changed from an a380 to a 777-300ER.

Out of curiosity, I decided to have a look at what other SIN - MEL legs were available on the same day... but when having a look on the booking engine, SQ217 does not appear on the search results. Only SQ227 and SQ237 seem to be now available.

Can anyone confirm if SQ217 has been pulled?

Highly unlikely - MEL loads are bursting at the seams

SQ 217 has been in the schedule for a long time, and agree with Cruiser, very strong loads, so highly unlikely the flight has been pulled.

I assume you can't see it when looking for award seats. If an award is not available even for waitlist for that class that day, it won't show in the booking engine. If it has been downgauged - from 12 seat A380 to 4 seat 77W, it's likely that awards have been completely blocked, even from waitlisting, especially if you have such an award on the flight already. I bet if you search for a cash booking it will be there.
