Have they stopped offering Lobster Thermidor BTC on flights ex-MEL (or Australia)?
I can select it on ex-SIN flights but it doesn't come up ex-MEL, there's quite a limited menu.

Yes, it seems to be missing from BTC in J from MEL and SYD. I seem to recall it being available for F, unless I was dreaming.

It’s been missing from BTC ex Aus since well before covid. The current menu is pretty uninspiring. The standard menu doesn’t look to have changed for a while either. Bit sick of the duck.

Can I get some advice ...
I have not flown SQ for many years, and heading to Europe with them (& daughter) in a couple of days. Economy I'm afraid.

On return we have 4 hours connection in SIN (0700 - 1100) before flight to MEL, and wondering if any advice on a paid lounge at Changi where could get a shower, breakfast and relaxation.

Alternatively, I have given away quite a few QF lounge passes and wondering if there is a such a thing on SQ?

Try the Ambassador transit lounge T3. Has showers

Also the plaza premium lounges has walk up pay to enter

In years gone by I have used Ambassador Lounge in both T2 and T3 - certainly nothing spectacular F & B wise but a quietism place to sit and have a shower - both close to the mini theatres which May or may not be a + - other options may be better and I don’t know current pricing - personally I would pay anything for a shower after an EU-SIN flt but as always YMMV - sorry I cannot be more help

With 4 hours would it be worth exiting SG immigration to take advantage landside ?

I'm not sure . While Jewel is open 24hrs, Most stores only open from 10am. Certainly there is time but the exit from and reentry to airside will reduce the value of the paid lounge entry. Don't forget that security clearance is at the gate

makes sense - at that time of the morning will look at T3 lounge

I wouldn’t but as always YMMV - you and daughter might appreciate a wander through SIN’s 3 terminals - Cactus Garden in T1 and pool (if it’s open) will kill an hour or 2 - Sunflower Garden in T2 worth seeing - kids love the Butterfly Garden in T3 - clearly I have no idea how old daughter is but plenty to do and see in SIN’s 3 joined Terminals

If you have a diners card at least three free lounges at Changi.
