Anyone done SIN-DME-IAH vv being SQ61 / 62 in J?

SQ uses 777-300ER.

Will check availability in saver awards.

Not personally, but the J experience should be consistent.
But I have heard that the stopover in DME can be painful,
mainly because DME is a zoo....YMMV of course !

Went Houston to singapore couple of months ago in J. Actually continued onto Sydney also.

had to get home so booked as standard. Should've forked out for the F savers that became available t48 or t24 (can't remember exactly, but they opened up as weren't always available) as wasn't a big jump but by the time we decided someone else had snaffled them.

was my first SQ J experience, and older plane but still lie flat seats. I find the slanty angle for your feet to be awkward. Otherwise, great service as per SQ.

Wouldn't bother with the international lounge in Moscow - they wouldn't allow access to any of the other star alliance lounges (no status). Bit of a chaotic airport, magnets etc were usd30 once converted from roubles so didn't end up with a souvenir. Seemed to be a good bakery/cafe looking place on the way to the lounge that we should've gone to.

plenty of planes that I'd never seen before which was amusing. Let me know if any specific questions and ill try and find my photos from the flights. I think we'd either fly F next time, or just come home via LAX or DFW direct as ended up being about 30 hours flying time all up from memory.
