I’ve just flown SQ to Bangkok, and upgraded the Syd to Sin to Premium Economy.
I thought about changing the dates of my return journey today, and when I looked at the flight in the Singapore Airlines app, it told me my flights are not changeable because I already upgraded “at a discount” price bla bla.
Now I don’t recall agreeing to that (sure maybe it’s in some obscure terms and conditions), but seems illogical to me. First flights are done . Why should this impact on my return?
Also the upgrade fee was hardly highly discounted, but
, just seems like anti customer service to say all this.
Anyone had experience with this, and with potential solutions?
