Dockers were the better side and should have won. They did have some glaring misses, especially Treacy missing from point blank range. Freo certainly missed Captain Pearce's defensive organisation in the last 4 minutes and a ruptured achilles may mean he has played his last game given his age (31) and history of leg injuries. Bolton deserved his Norm Smith but Zorko and W Ashcroft ran him close. Congratulations to the Lions - they just know how to win..

Wharfie time is lazy time … so concentration dropped as there was “nothing else to do” but hold out for the end of the shift

Even in the last minute with Brissy 1 point up they coughed up the pill and the lions outmuscled them to score this dealing one for the ages

So while VA sells tickets at exorbitant prices, what do the CC get?

Oh are they? Advertising is pretty useless on me, my brain tunes it all out.

Anyway, if VA is the airline sponsor does that mean they've been given access to slots or something so that QF are unable to compete or put on any additional flights?
