From news.com.au:

THE economic crisis has reduced cash-strapped Spaniards in to selling their organs to "transplant tourists".

The macabre traffic associated with poor countries in Asia and Latin America has sprung up in Europe for the first time with "kidney for sale" advertisements on the internet, reports The Australian.

Now I'm thinking to sell my own kidney. $300,000 is no joke!:p

Though this could be a good source of income especially to those less fortunate, I'm afraid black market will take advantage of it. I heard before there's a syndicate who kidnap and kill kids just to sell kidney.:(

What some people would do for money. I know the morals are debatable but selling body parts, part of oneself or even children into the slavery/sex/body parts trade is the act of a very desperate person and goes totally against our better instincts.

My local Wurlitzer outlet has been doing a roaring trade in organ transplants!

I guess it may strike a chord with some people, but for others the key is just a pipe dream.

Hmm, what's worse, the puns or the original subject matter .

Its really sad that some people see this as their solution to long-term poverty.
