spa treatments QF lounges

HI !
Am flying First with Qantas and was wondering what the deal is with the Spa in the Lounge at Sydney ie can one pre-book a treatment and if so how?!
Have not been able to find anything on the QF website.

They will call you the day before if your phone number is in your profile

You need also to be flying in F (paid or award) on QF. Reports are that BA F does not cut the mustard for pre-booking.

In addition my experience is that if you are travelling in F on a points upgrade you wont get a call.

Also the number can be in either your booking or your profile.
