Do they do spa treatments in the emirates F lounge in Dubai ?
If so what time do they open ?

Is it practical to squeeze one in before QF2/QF10 ?
And then breakfast lol ?

Wouldn't mind waking up extra early to make the most of the facilities in the 1st lounge - Unlike many on here I don't fly F every day lol.

I can only briefly give insight with my own experiences - if you're after a free treatment, they're limited to 15 minutes and only have a few options available (and even less for blokes, wasn't too keen on getting my nails done). You can pay for longer treatments, but the rates didn't seem worth it. I imagine they'd be open 24 hours a day (or close to it, given how many flights go through there), I was there from 6am-10am a couple of months back and they showed no sign of being closed when I arrived - in fact the first appointment was an hour away!

Are you originating in DXB, or transiting though there? If so, for how long? Squeezing one in could be a bit hard between connections if you have only an hour or so, but otherwise if you head there first you shouldn't have too many issues.

Enjoy the lounge, but try not to fill up too much, there's food on board to make the most of too!!

15mins is reasonable - did they have massages also ?
It won't be a connection, I will be staying in DXB for about a week. QF2 (which looks to have more availability than QF10) leaves at 9:20am but happy to wake up early to experience the Emirates lounge.
Ok sweet I don't think I'd be getting there much earlier than 6am so that should be ok. Cheers for the info.

I went for a foot massage (they had some fancy term for it, but that's essentially what it was), and seem to recall the choice being between that, a neck massage and a manicure of sorts.

And don't forget to sign up for a shower slot as soon as you get on board, one of the best parts of the flight home was having a shower 1hr before landing!
