Spa Retreat in Europe

We are heading over to the UK for Xmas and NY, my olds have said they will look after our kids for a couple of nights for my Wife and I, so we are looking for a couple nights, ideally adults-only spa-type resort, ideally in the mountains.

Any suggestions?

We went to Schloss Elmau in 2017. It isn't adults only but there are adults only areas of the resort. 90 minutes from Munich airport by car. I loved it and will definitely go back at some point.
